The Happiest Elf

Golly, if there ever was a tot to walk into my studio looking so chipper, easy-to-please and helpful, it was this incredibly animated little boy.

He pretty much sat, played and smiled on cue, which is quite literally UNHEARD OF in a 17-month old, and although the Santa hat took a bit of coaxing, as soon as I busted out my rendition of Twinkle, Twinkle (I’m not half bad, I’ll admit) and our team of studio helpers cleverly rattled a box of jungle bells, he soon forgot the unintentional costume.

Having photographed this tiny elf since the teeny age of 4 months, I am certain when I say that this helper is only getting more and more scrumptious with every passing month!

Sandy Claus, you ought to be extra-grateful for this one.

California Gurl

When I first met Alexandra, she sure did mind her P’s and Q’s. She walked on set and everything she did was adorable, but she was rather reserved in front of the camera. Reserved, that is, until a certain Katy Perry song came on the iPad DJ station! (It’s a song I have on frequent rotation in my studio!)

When the first bars of California Gurls began, Alex literally JUMPED into gear, showing us her grin, literally one of the sweetest smiles I’ve ever seen.

Feast your eyes on this delicious little angel!
