The Sweetest Thing
Posted by Ana Schechter in anaphoto on September 1, 2010
It came to me yesterday.
The late afternoon in Montauk found a wide wooden deck with a sprightly toddler upon it, and as the warm evening unfurled into night, I frolicked about with my very own nephew Eli, at the precious age of 19 months. It occurred to me then that the sweetest thing about being an artist for a living is the occasional opportunity to train your lens (paintbrush, words, whatever) on your very own loved ones. Thanks E, for just being your adorable self! <3

Miss Molly, Part 1!
Posted by Ana Schechter in anaphoto on October 13, 2009
This delightful little lady is Miss Molly, who I had the pleasure of meeting this week! EVEN BETTER, she’s a member of my family, the 2.5 year old daughter of my awesome cousin Melisa. I can’t wait to post the rest, she has a special place in my heart. XOXO
